Diversity and Change Management gives you knowledge about work in dynamic organisations in a global environment characterised by diversity, strategic complexity, and constant change. In this concentration you will also advance your oral competences in one other language (French, German or Spanish) as well as work explicitly with your academic writing in English.

This programme offers the opportunity to do a CEMS Master in International Management. It is a one year programme which you study in combination with your degree from CBS.
The CEMS MIM takes place in the second year of your studies in your third and fourth semester.
As part of this programme you can choose to take a Double Degree.
A double degree programme involves studying towards two university degrees in parallel, at two internationally acclaimed institutions, and completing them in the time that it would take to earn one degree.
